After that date we do not guarantee rooms available.
The organizers will also provide direct bus transport from the hotel to Conference centre.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have rooms available in Student house.

IMPORTANT POSTER INFORMATION
Poster dimensions are: 145 cm height x 95 cm width.
Every participant should bring the supplies (self-adhesive double-sided tape and scissors) necessary for mounting posters. A limited number of adhesive tapes will be also available at Registration Desk.
ATTENTION: The use of pins in mounting posters is forbidden.
Posters (from P-01 to P-80) belonging to Poster Session I should be mounted on Monday (June 16) between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and should be removed just after Poster Session.
All posters remaining after 8.00 p.m. on June 16 will be discarded.
Posters (from P-81 to P-160) belonging to Poster Session II should be mounted on Tuesday (June 17) between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and removed after Poster Session.

The official language of the Symposium is English.
No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Abstracts and Posters should be written in English.
TOPICS
The main scentific themes will include all chromatographic and related techniques as well as hyphenated methods used in phytochemical analysis, sample preparation and the isolation of biologically active substances from plant material.

Registration fee comprises:
Book of abstracts
Symposium badge (badges are required for admission to all places located at the Symposium Venue)
Access to exhibition and poster area and the right to present two posters or/and oral presentation
Coffee breaks
Costs of meals (lunch, supper)

Certificate of attendance (will be given to all Symposium participants).

ATTENTION:
A photocopy of the bank transfer should be sent together with the registration form or presented at the Registration desk during the Symposium.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations should be delivered to the Symposium Secretariat before May 01, 2008 - in this case 80% of the fee will be returned.
After this date no refund can be made.
PUBLICATIONS OF PAPERS
All submitted papers will be presented in the special Symposium Book of Abstracts. There will be also a possibility for publication the papers accepted by the Scientific Committee of the Symposium in journals:

Complete manuscripts should be submitted to the Registration Desk at the Symposium. They will be subjected to the normal process of reviewing.
